I wish I could give 0 stars. Worst closing company ever. If your lender has this as their closing company, RUN as they're probably a bad lender. Not helpful, so many mistakes throughout the whole process, and non-responsive. Please save your time and money and never use them.
Really down, to earth charm, business - wise!
I see some people with issues here. However, I can honestly say I found the people with ClosingUSA to be knowledgeable. And I am making this perfectly clear. Everything I responded, ask a guesting, or asked someone to contact me I GOT A RESPONSE in a matter of just a couple of hours. And, actually less. EVERYTIME. I’ll try and make this simple. Here are the reasons why Closing USA is the worst company of all time: 1) The owners care nothing for the employees of the company. All they want is to pad their million dollar nest eggs with more millions. There is no even hiding this fact. 2) Hard work doesn’t pay off here, nepotism, snitching, brown-nosing do.
