3 stars because i did not do much. They delivered the furniture although to some extent I think 1 of the 2 delivery men did not know much about furniture delivery. They seem to want to make a good impression, we got some cushions free which was nice. Bought May 6, 25, delivery about May 14th. Woman sales person, my significant other chose colour, material etc. Sofa and love seat. So far so good. My significant other dealt with them. If anything happens will write more

We bought a sofa last year in july. Now it’s February and we are close to throwing the sofa out. They are not closing down believe me. They will not let you leave without buying once you go inside. They sold me a very bad quality sofa. After opening it I instantly asked them that it’s a very bad quality one but they refused to refund or replace it. It didn’t last 6 months. Waste of my money. They are big fraud. Don’t buy furniture from them. They rent place (Mississauga convention centre) and open sale there. They get deposit and tell people to collect furniture from their warehouse which is located at 90 b delta park but they never show up there. They always keep the door locked. Fraud no. 1 in Brampton. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Worst experience ever. Worst customer service. No communication. They don’t even answer your calls once you give payment. Delivery was 30 days late from promised delivery date. Still chest ramaing. Also, power adapters were missing from power recliners. After week I have to visit them to get adapters and refund for bed. Also, love seat recliner is not working, still no response from this store. REPEAT THEY DO NOT ANSWER CALLS ONCE PAYMENT IS DONE. DONT BUY FROM THIS STORE
