The movers introduced themselves right away. Answered all of my questions and were very professional and courtesy. They treated my household goods as if it were their own.
This company is a joke! After damaging our brand new furniture and losing some of our belongings they offered us $262. The amount of damaged and lost things is over $2,000! And in order for us to receive that $262, a claims specialist told us we would have to remove our negative reviews from Yelp. Well, they can keep the $262 and maybe wipe their ass with it. I'd rather keep my bad reviews up and be able to let everyone else know how bad of a company this one is and safe others their time and MONEY.
Great experience with ClosetBox! They had the best storage prices as well as a pickup service that saved me a bunch of time and aggravation. The movers were great to work with. They arrived on time and were able to get all of my stuff onto the truck in a quick and efficient manner. Very professional and friendly. I'd definitely recommend their service as it was a huge relief not to have to deal with moving heavy furniture and renting a moving truck.
Closetbox was great! They picked up all of my belongings, stored them and dropped them off at my new condo. Everything came back in one piece without a scratch. When I first saw their website online I thought it was to good to be true that a company would pick up my stuff pack it and drop it back off. The did exactly what their website states they would do. Best moving experience I've ever had! The guys that picked up my furniture and the ones that dropped it off were super friendly !
