The ABSOLUTE WORST!!!!! They failed to communicate effectively with me in terms of my pick up and it seems as though they fail to communicate effectively with each other because I would have one person tell me one thing and then turn around and have someone else from their office call and tell me something different. They are a sham and are not to be trusted!!
I received notification that my account at Lockaway Storage near Randoph AFB. I had a receipt through December. Austin took a look a look at the paper work, and at my account, and figured out it was from 2012. I had brought in the wrong paper work. He was courteous and helpful, and never made me feel like I was wrong. Austin is a valuable asset to your organization.
Easy arrangement, helpful customer service, and great movers. Definitely will use their service again when I need it.
I called closet box to schedule a pick up and it was the best decision I have made when it comes to moving. The movers were there right on time two days after I scheduled. The three guys that showed up were professional and friendly. I could not believe that my two bedroom townhome was empty in two hours maybe less. Everything was handled with care and wrapped up for protection while in storage. They even helped me break down a table that I forgot about the night before.
