DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. To sum up: they missed our pickup twice, showed no sense of urgency, and lied about their mistakes multiple times. Everything about our experience with this company was absolutely terrible. We scheduled our initial pick-up for a Saturday and received our confirmation. We were told a second phone call would occur the day before pick-up, in order to provide our pick-up window.
