We thought my daughter may have had lice, but have never had any experience with it - so had no idea! Nikki walked me through exactly what lice WOULD look like and what to do if my daughter ever happened to actually get it! Feel much more prepared now. Once the check was done she put my daughters hair into a cute little braid and let her pick out a bow to add - so cute! Such a great experience. Will definitely be back if we do ever happen to get lice!

From start to finish, the experience was smooth and stress-free. We were in and out in about 90 minutes, and the staff was incredibly knowledgeable, thoughtful, and thorough. They took the time to explain everything, made us feel comfortable, and most importantly—got the job done! I can’t recommend them enough for anyone dealing with lice.
