Ownership has recently changed and it has been wonderful working with them! I feel like my child is fully supported as she learns to swim. For example, she graduated to a new level but none of the offered class times worked for us. The new owner was worked with us and we were able to figure out a solution that allowed my kid to continue lessons with with the same instructor! Highly recommend BSS.
Don’t ever signup for these classes , I was a student with them then I have to travel for two months for family emergency.and I couldn’t tell them a month before that so I cancelled my classes I don’t get charged for the classes while I’m gone. but I had a whole month of makeups that I have missed and now I’m trying to schedule them and they said I have to become a student again for that . I’m so upset about I don’t want to enrol again with these people and they don’t want to give me my makeups or refund me my money.
