The Bank of Albuquerque branches are great, except when you come across a charge on your account you either never placed, or needs to be disputed. Then it is like they are trying to use the money that belongs in your account to repay Bernanke and Obamas stupid TARP program!! The man that I first dealt with at the Bank also acted very suspicious, since it seemed as if he was treating new customers as if they had been to a used car dealership!!
All of the Bank of Albuquerque branches have great service. I particularly adore everyone, especially the 3 tellers...THE BEST!! Always helpful and friendly. I make an extra trip to go the branch on Copper Ave. :)
I was on hold for in an excess of 10 min. and when a live bodie came on he was very short and I feel my questions were not really answered! I question if this is were I really want to do business.
