Absolutely horrible telephone customer service. Had to speak with 4 representatives at 4 different phone calls to follow up getting a Payable on Death form. Lied to me about having mailed a simple blank Payable on Death Form to me; lied about having phoned me about making those changes; then stated the information would have to be telephonically provided, but requested personal information that I did not have on me at the time.
