Charged me 75$ for gas even though the lady said it was a full tank at inspection. Although I've contacted them through numerous channels, they refuse to acknowledge the problem or even respond to me.

After a nice dinner one evening, returned to our car to find it infested with Cockroaches (apparently hiding during the day)! Called Advantage to have them replace the car, they refused. No refund or discount. Never using Advantage ever again.
The customer service there was awesome! Sara was one of the most helpful, down to earth person I met on island.
