Urban Bikes UK was the only shop that answered the phone and immediately found time for me on the day after my chain snapped in the middle of a cross country trip. Fantastic professional service from Phil who clearly knew what he was doing, and great prices to boot!

Recently i had my Bike converted to an E - Bike by Phil at Urban Bikes in the Market Hall in Shrewsbury. I'm very pleased with the outcome , i can now pedal uphill with ease . The service was excellent i would recommend this place to anyone who would like to buy a bike or E Bike or for anything related to cycling and what's more it's a local independent business.
Excellent service from Phil - my bike is now in perfect condition. Also gave me a free leaflet for NCN Route 81 :) Highly recommend.
I always took my bikes here when I lived in Shrewsbury. All work was high quality. cheaper than the nearby bike shops and done with a smile too! Of the many punctures Phil repaired for me, I got another one in the same wheel a couple days later and Phil insisted on putting a new inner tube in, for free, even though it could have been just me getting another puncture. The accessories I’ve bought have always been good stuff and Shrewsbury Market Hall is a cool place too!
