Docks are bit difficult. As trailers are parked in front and bobtails has on the docks that are unattached to the trailers that make a bit more difficult. Take some practice and time
Poor customer service for truck drivers and if it says pick up at that time then get it then. They do not allow earlier pick ups

Receiving live from 0400 to 1200 pm and hook/Drop 24 hr .. Enter through gate where they say amazon shipping. Look for sign shipping and receiving.. Front doors are ok to backup but if you got door back side of building then its little hard to backup to docks but not too hard .. Break your seal . Open door back up and unhook trailer . .. Take your time and dock slow .. unloading fast ..
