Second time in the winter that the bus driver didn’t turn up our road to pick up my kids. Standing in the cold for a half hour waiting, till they texted me and I called and they sent another bus for them. This is not a new route or driver, so he shouldn’t forget. Thankfully got through the first time when I called. Other times, it takes a few tries. Please stop forgetting my kids. And they aren’t the only ones at this stop.
If I could give zero stars, I would. Never contacted my back for months about a bus schedule. I called and was given the incorrect routes. Called again and said that our location was within walking distance (which it was not)and wouldn't give us a route when I said I was uncomfortable with my child walking that far to school.
