amazing place to work only left because at the time the pay was low and again that was in early 2000 we had an amazing dc coorandator name josh was amazing to work for
Door had small scratches from the way it was packaged. Had to install it before going on vacation and once we got back to call home depot about clopay said it has been too long to do any warranty. Home depot made it right but not clopay. Look elsewhere for your doors.
Horrible, Horrible Horrible!!! Purchased a Clopay garage door, opener and installation from Home Depot. Waited almost two months for delivery. Then Home Depot's installer didn't finish the installation due to a defective opener. Now, two weeks later, still no working opener. Multiple emails and phone calls and I'm told I have to be patient because Home Depot has other customers (per Lisa). They have their internal policy and even though my purchase was through Home Depot, they delegate everything to Clopay (their vendor) so ... read more
