We were given notice that pest control would be spraying our apt. due to roaches infesting a neighbors apt. The orkin ppl came and told us that our closet in the kitchen should have been emptied and they would come back to spray. They did not arrive again and we are being charged $75 for them to come again. Apparently orkin told the apt. complex that they told us to contact them to reschedule. This was not the case. Being charged a ridiculous amount of money 2 years after I moved out. Was not contacted even though at moving out date I filled out paperwork and updated contact information which has not changed at all. I've called plenty of times only to be told they would E-mail me but it's been 2 days and no email. Was told Im being charged for bed bug fumigation but I never had bed bugs and my maintenance requestswere ignored when I lived there.
