I was told I was eligible for a 100 overdraft and had then applied for it after I had submitted my application was successfully and would be processed shortly and have been told its now a I.t problem it's been nearly 2 weeks
Banking that preys on the misery of society! On the surface very charming. EVERYONE IS NICE when you first meet them, they offer you so much. then turn on you, when you fail or miss a payment,or just say no. misery begets misery. Odd atmosphere at the local branch. Dissapointing service. No response to any emails or messages sent after 5 days and counting. Loan was accepted, documents accepted yet no response or moving forward with the process. I can't get ahold of anyone.
For those who were brought over from Nottingham Credit Union (NCU): These guys report credit monthly, which means that missed payments are reported instantly, without any attempts to contact or warn. This is not inherently bad; but for those coming from the NCU, who are used to a more flexible and humane approach, please take note as this could be devastating for your credit rating and worthiness.
