extremely rude staff
Was a customer when it was notts credit union , they were great . Clockwise are not , got accepted for a loan Then at every point of the process you have to call them back , usually 19/20 in a que, about 20-30 mins wait , this is awkward when working . Then my ID , wouldn’t accept my driving licence , after so many attempts then blocks you . Then won’t accept my bank statement as wasn’t posted to me .
