I never imagined I'd have to leave a review 'albeit a negative one'following the outright 'unproffessionalism of Clockwise Credit Union. Especially given the fact I was referred to them by a friend. Basically they've misled me via their 'false notification information 'which flashed up before Christmas 2024,informing me I could apply for a top up Christmas Loan,to help make my Christmas that little less stressful. If I could 0 star this company I would. Awful service, rude staff, consistent payments being taken double or unauthorised both when loan was active and after paid off. Hassle signing up/getting the loan 12+ months ago and nothing but trouble with difficultly in resolving. Please do not use this company it is not worth the stress, trouble or hassle
