I went in looking for something very specific and the lady behind the counter (sorry missed your name) knew exactly what I wanted. I got the coolest all white modern cuckoo clock. I was very happy.
I contacted the Clock Shop with details of the mechanism I was looking for late in the afternoon and 6:20 that evening I received a reply on how to measure my broken part to find what replacement I needed. Excellent instructions, I ordered on Friday afternoon and received it via Australia Post Monday afternoon. People were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.
We have a 35 year old clock whose mechanism stopped working. The clock has sentimental value for my wife and me. I was able to source a replacement mechanism from the Clock Shop and fit it quite easily thanks to clear instructions provided and advice the Shop was able to give. The old clock is now back on the shelf working again. We couldn’t be happier!
