I don't want even give that one star
This bank, years ago, told me "we are NOT a relationship bank" which means that they want to get as much money from you as possible and don't care how much it burdens you. I have been paying 6.93% interest on a commercial mortgage that I should be paying 3.5% on. In addition, now that I am finally able to refinance due to property values finally getting back to normal, they are charging me $3100 as a prepayment penalty when I don't have a prepayment penalty.
