Stay away from CLM Mortgage! This company did not communicate to my insurance company Progressive that my mortgage was sold to Shellpoint. Shellpoint then sold my mortgage to AmeriHome and I got dropped by Progressive because my escrow did not pay my yearly premium. The inquiries were being sent to CLM and they ignored it. Now I'm paying out of pocket to get reinstated, because of lack of communication starting from CLM about the mortgage transfer. Evan Miller was the smuck that didn't communicate the changes.
I love their transparency, timely support and very fast process.
If you use CLM for chesmar homes, then make sure you don’t get Shelly as your loan officer. You’ve been warned.
Excellent service by Dena Miller and her group. Great experience from start to finished. The house was well built and the buying process was incredibly smooth. I really appreciate Chesmar homes for the job well done.
