The entire team at CLM Mortgage was excellent. My wife and I are first time home buyers so we had a lot of questions. Kristi, Chelsea, Tiffany, Jessie and the rest of the staff were so helpful in breaking things down and helping us understand each step. The entire process was made so much smoother thanks to their expertise and guidance. We truly appreciate their professionalism, communication, and commitment throughout this entire process. I’ve worked with Kristi on several transactions. She is a master of her field and goes above and beyond to help our clients understand the process. She is very knowledgeable and will find the best loan for the needs of the client. I know that if I refer her to a client, she will respond quickly and look out for their best interests while building a great relationship with all involved in the transaction.

Giving one star because there is no option for 0. I regret applying with CLM.. They are quite literally the worst and most unprofessional company I’ve ever dealt with. None of their employees know what they are doing and can never give you a straight answer. They flat out lie and when you call them out on it they blame everyone under the sun. Worst lender ever.
