I had an appointment booked through the Notary Pro website for this person. Appointment was confirmed via email. Upon arrival I waited outside with no response for twenty minutes, 4 phone calls, and nothing. Crystal was a no show - I have still not any acknowledgement of the situation from Crystal, a phone call, or an apology. I took two hours off work for this appointment, so this cost me money. I had to find another notary to get help. What a joke.

Crystal has been extremely knowledgeable and professional in her representation for us. We have used Crystal in both issues regarding the Landlord and Tenant Board as well as small claims.
