This is a very mediocre company. Not great sustomer service, I thought it would be since the phone agent was pretty good (Keith). Otherwise, the hotel they booked us into in Seattle (the Warwick, was old, dated and had TERRIBLE front desk service). We were supposed to get water in our room, (it was late) they were out so they had a water pitcher in the lobby and ran out of cups - and did not care. Massive disappointment. Spent the entire whale watching portion of the trip trying to see one menke whale. The captain would not move on. All other whale watching companies left the area. Waste of time and money. Try another company.
