Clipper by the Bay seems like an affluent, beautiful, and well protected place. It has a direct view of Miami Beach and a left view of North Bay Village, but despite having luxury things and amenities, it's in a broke area.
If I could give Clipper Apartments zero stars, I would. This is by far the worst place to live in Miami. I’ve been stuck here for two miserable years, and every day is worse than the last. Management is beyond incompetent—they care more about selling units than actually maintaining the ones people live in. I lost groceries due to maintenance issues that should’ve been fixed under my contract, and instead of helping, the landlord told me to pay for plumbing repairs out of pocket.
