This place is the absolute worse. They will blame AND CHARGE you for their system failures and say it’s not their fault it’s the company that processes the payment so the customer is responsible. How professional. I was told to call Jeremy Hagler but they can’t give me his phone number while laughing . Hot ass mess.

This is an ongoing issue in the city. The United States flags are once again torn. Over a dozen. If we can’t fly them Properly please don’t fry them at all. Everyone in that office should know the name Scott Sather. Our hometown Hero who died for United States and The Flag

I've noticed the atmosphere improve in the City Offices recently. The Chief of Police is usually hanging around to provide a few laughs,and the city clerk is friendly and attentive.

ALWAYS friendly and helpful; they are on the ball. We are fortunate those particular folks are there.

Called with a question and was put on hold. While on hold they hang up on me. I immediately call back and get an answering machine stating they are closed and call back tomorrow. Pathetic, sad and lazy.
