Friendly prompt and helpful service by Nici Tucci yesterday. She quickly and kindly resolved an IT problem we had, and helped linked me to my son’s accounts. We have tried to resolve this with other employees unsuccessfully, and Niki fixed it in one short visit. She even ran out to the parking lot to catch me before I left to confirm that all was working correctly.
Clinton Savings Bank has served me very well since I moved to Massachusetts 20 years ago. The customer services are excellent and recently I had to unravel a few small problems and at the Bolton branch, Nici, Asst Branch Mgr, helped me and it was a great experience! Thank you so much Nici for your pleasant and professional help. Good customer service is so hard to come by today but you can always find it at Clinton Saving banks!

My husband and I moved to this area a year ago. Our son-in-law suggested we go to Clinton Savings for our banking, in Bolton. We went to the main bank in Clinton to open our accounts shortly thereafter. That was not the greatest experience for us, but we decided to stick with Clinton Savings and give them a chance. During this year I have had multiple hiccups adjusting to their system and way of doing things.
