I was overcharged by HERTZ for a car rental I did not use and when I paid it just to put it all behind me, Clinton Savings refused to let me open an account with them, even after having had an account with them for many years and living right down the street and within walking distance. ABSOLUTELY REFUSED!
I make a transaction almost every Friday. The processing takes place in either NY or DE. Usually, I receive a text. Asking is this you that made the transaction, Y for yes, N for no. I press Y, try a second time and i am done with the transaction. This week for some reason, it did not work. On Friday, I called CSB 19 times to seek an answer.
