Debit card fraud We had two debit withdrawals on our account that were not authorized by us, including one transaction that was mysteriously pinned. One transaction was for an company that we do not do business with, the other was for a company that we do not do business with and does not service our area. We canceled our ATM cards immediately, went to the West Boylston branch to close our account, and filled out the appropriate paperwork to recover our money.
