I found them to be very professional, and they care about their customers. I am very happy with the service I received.
My recent visit to Honda North for service on my 2023 Accord Hybrid was excellent. I had to get my annual inspection sticker and was out of there in about 1 hour. Wilson Caceres treated me very well with his friendly demeanor and was very polite making me feel very at home given the current construction activities and temporary waiting area set up in a mobile trailer. It was an EXCELLENT service experience.

I called for an appointment Saturday morning, by 10:30 AM Michael Desrosier met us in the lot. He listened to what we wanted in a vehicle, showed us some options and guided us through the process of purchasing a Passport.

I had to go to Service to schedule an appointment. It was quick and easy and while I was there, I had an oil change that was exceptionally fast and everything was done correctly. The proper oil, oil filter filled up all fluids, air pressure tires as well.

This is a professional car dealership, like the old-school kind we are used to. The sales people want to be of service; and do not act like you're wasting their time. We got good vibes from Nick Hriczko, Cris Callahan, and Charles Bippart.
Not your typical pushy car dealership. No big sales pressure. Nice staff. Even the phone calls weren’t too many and not overwhelming at all!
Allison was very helpful in scheduling my appointment and letting me know what service items would be needed; oil change only. As requested she made sure a loaner car would be available. Chad was excellent. An oil change and detailing had been scheduled. There was a delay in completing detailing which he called and explained. The car was then ready when he advised. Overall the service was excellent and timely.
