They have been a true life change for my father who has severe dementia and moderate Parkinson’s. The quality of care he has received is far better than the American House facility he was at previously. It was the best possible decision to move him, he is doing so much better. I think the small size is a major factor. They take care of their staff, which generally translates into the staff taking care of the residents. Phone system has not worked here have not worked for over a month. My mother's voicemail goes to the facilities voicemail instead of of her own phone. Nice way to isolate family.
