Clint was extremely knowledgeable about how to avoid probate and guiding my wife and I through every aspect of our final wishes. He addressed everything from medical and financial powers of attorney to ensuring that our wishes for charitable donations are met. The office staff are extremely helpful and professional as well
I have been working off and on with Clint on a amended trust for the past few months. He is always very professional and prepared on time for scheduled meetings. He is very knowledgeable and very patient regardless of the number of questions you ask him. My wife and I highly recommend him and believe he is a fantastic trust attorney.
Professional, affordable, great communication. Made estate planning easy. Was able to get an appointment not too far out and it was all done 2 weeks later. A pleasure to work with. Highly recommend!
Clint Smith has so much knowledge and experience that made our trust/will a very positive experience! He is willing to answer as many questions prior to meeting as needed which was really helpful! His cost is much lower than others! I highly recommend Clint!
Excellent service from start to finish. The staff are nice and friendly. Mr. Clint Smith was very helpful and knowledgeable in completing our estate plan. He responds quickly to emails and answers all our questions timely. He explains clearly any items that we don't understand. I would recommend his office for estate planning needs.
