Even after a follow-up on March 25, the insurance company did not issue a refund. The reason given was that the staff working at this clinic are not members of the association. This essentially means that they do not hold the proper qualifications or certification to perform massage therapy. In a phone call, I was explicitly told that since they could not find the massage therapist’s name in the association, they would not issue a refund.
