I have a shoulder muscle torn away from the tendon (a common injury when you get into your 70’s). This clinic modified my exercise program to help my shoulder compensate with other muscles, improve flexibility and strength, while reducing pain and spasms. I can now sleep without pain. This will, also, help me maintain my activities (playing with my 6-year old grandson, cross-country skiing, volleyball and soon gardening). This has been a great help to me. Thank you, Harry
