I suffer from Vertigo. Despite the recommendation from my doctor, I continued to put off going to a Physio Therapist until two weeks ago. I kick myself for not going sooner as Vivian took the time with me to explain it from A-Z, performed a treatment, provided the exercise on paper and link to execute myself at home "if" needed.
