Carolyn is a fantastic at what she does. She is always in conversation with me about my body and is responsive to my needs in the moment. In the last two years I have learned a ton about taking care of my body and the maintenance required for me to be at my best. I could not recommend her more highly.
Carolyn has really unique methodology by combining RMT and Osteo modalities in her own way of practice, I find it really helpful as it goes much deeper and much closer to the roots of the issue than just working on the surface level.

Carolyn has greatly helped relieve my pain in several different areas. She has a much wider breadth of knowledge than the average massage therapist. She incorporates physio and osteo and other techniques into her treatment when needed. She is friendly and professional and very good at working on specific problems. I enjoy chatting with her about all her continuing education on different ways to treat the body.
