I had my first appointment recently and was coming in with months of truly horrible back pain. Cheryl was able to assess my needs and through myofascial release improve my pain and range of motion greatly. I will be back for more sessions .
I am on my own journey of healing and what a gem and blessing to find Cheryl here in Jefferson! She's knowledgeable, approachable, calming, educational, and more. I am excited to go back for my next visit and see more improvements.
