I made a purchase on 3/4 for cabinets. It's gone from sorry were busy, to we'll have them to you on such date and now zero response at all. Ive spoken to three of the employees here who take my number and say they'll call back, but i never get a response. Buyers beware! 3/26 no cabinets and nobody answers the phone.
Dishonest, unreliable company. We've been trying to get a refund for orders placed and never received 2 months ago and they keep giving us the runaround. They went as far as sending a refund payment confirmation through quickbooks that they ended up secretly canceling, so we've never received a dime. Prior to this issue my experience was: inconsistent pricing, bad communication from sales person, responses take days, sometimes a week+, not meeting promised delivery schedule, not delivering the products that were ordered. it's a great place to stop in..look around I'm more then sure if you are remodeling you will leave with something!!stop in check it out for yourself..not like lowes that it's hard to find help..walk in and see the best deals..
