I am owed money from an estate Mr. Weisenburger represents. Mr. Weisenburger has been presented with the ledger and documents of proof of the deceased owing us funds. Payment was discussed and agreed upon with Mr. Weisenburger and the family members. Early in the process of the estate's settlement he indicated funds would be forthcoming. That was months ago. I am a beneficiary and recipient of an estate Mr. Weisenburger represents. Early in the process of the estate's settlement he indicated funds would be forthcoming. That was months ago. Now, he will not return my phone calls or emails. I am not sure who ended up with the money that was due to me (if anyone). I only know that Mr. Weisenburger is not communicative as to the estate developments or disbursements.
