This company took $43k of my money and destroyed a brand new bus with just 23k miles and never delivered the job. Climb Entertainment removed all of my equipment I paid for and used it on another build. 4 HVAC units, 11kw generator, oven, propane tanks, and left holes in the ceiling, allowing water to pour into the inside of the bus. I took my vehicle to Climb Entertainment in **. Sat with ***** and went over all the specs. After they got my deposit and vehicle, there was almost no communication. They just did whatever they wanted and not to agreed specs. I went once to pick up the vehicle and it was all screwed up. The check engine light was on in my brand new Sprinter and had to be taken to the dealer. Climb Entertainment (*****) demanded I pay $5000 and made me sign new contract to fix the mess.
