Buyer beware! Very disappointed with the service and overall experience dealing with this HVAC company. They take no accountability for having serviced a functional heat pump to now being non functional. Charging for a service call including changing a functioning module, that rendered a working system to now a non working one. Please stay away as customer service doesn't matter to them as was demonstrated via a call from one of their representatives.
