I was initially very happy with the service from Climat. I thought the price was fair and installation was on time. However , the installers dropped the unit and made a hole in my laundry ceiling and did not inform me. I noticed it 2 x days later and Bailey assured me it would be fixed after Christmas. I have rung and left a message to contact me but no response. Very, very disappointed at the end.
I had a wonderful experience with the Climat air conditioning and solar. Communication was easy and clear. The air conditioning installation was completed on time and the invoice issued on the same day. I congratulate The Munna para team with a job well done! Thank you !
Very happy with the service provided from the time of requesting a quote to then having a very quick turnaround time of delivery and installation which was also a very smooth and quick installation with trusted tradespeople.
I was really impressed buy Neville (Munno Para branch) for all his help purchasing our new air-conditioning, he is very professional. Neville was quick to come out and inspect our home so we could go ahead after our old air-conditioning broke down just before Christmas, I was happy to have it installed a short time later. I was also impressed buy the service guys who did a great job and had it installed in only a couple of hours. Thanks to everyone involved, we are now very comfortable in our home.
