Neville at Smithfield store was very easy to deal with and arranged a quote and inspection in no time. To remove old ducted gas and evaporative air units and supply and install new ducted reverse cycle system and replace roof sheeting. Job performed very efficiently by Wayne and Ashley. No mess at all, would not have known anyone been in house. Thanks to all of the team for a job well done and old systems rubbish removed and gone. Good follow-up by Neville as well. Mal and Sue.
I had a very bad experience with climate Munno para, first they supplied faulty machine and then they keep on lying that the installer is on the way to fix it but no one showed up after making multiple calls when he came and told me that it will take 5 business days to fix it. It was new machine which just came out of the box ,when I went to their store they lied to me that installer is on the way with the new part and will be their in hr but after waiting for 3 hr no one came, I am feeling like I have been cheated by these ... read more
We were changing over our old evaporative cooling and ducted gas heating to a ducted reverse cycle system. We got a few quotes and Climat were mid range and Brad provided outstanding service and follow up to seal the job. We had to do some extra work after installation and Rachel helped to organise this. Both Brad and Rachel made this big job less stressful. No pressure to paid the invoice until all work done. Would highly recommend Climat and their staff
Highly recommend the service and expertise I received from Neville and his team. Wouldn't hesitate ro recommend this business. From the first stop into the shop and then the site inspection to installation only took 10 days. Always available to answer questions. Nothing too much trouble. Thank you Neville and team.
Quoting was prompt and efficient as well as very competitive. Neville was helpful, installation was prompt and hassle free, Rinnai unit working well so far. Update May 2024: we had a small problem with the return air filter and Neville immediately arranged for a new filter to be delivered to the property. Great after sales service and fantastic to see a company stand behind their installation in such a positive way. Climat is highly recommended.
