From first meeting Darren Smith at Climat Munno Para I knew that I would be purchasing my new split system from them. He explained in detail the two units that I was interested in. He then came to my home to acess which particular unit would be best and why. I purchased the unit he recommended and had it installed today. The installers were very caring of my home whilst installing. Cleaning up the area where they worked. Excellent experience with Bailey at the Munno Para store during our recent purchase of a Mitsubishi split system. He had a great knowledge of the product and got back to me really quickly with a written quote. Communication between the time of my showroom visit, right through to installation day, and beyond was flawless and regular. The installers (fridgey and sparkie) arrived on time, were professional, clean, and efficient. Honestly couldn't have asked for, or expected anything better. I'd definitely use them again. Very good communication from quote to installation. Our Design Specialist took the time to understand our needs and delivered accordingly. The installers arrived on the agreed date, were very friendly, efficient and clean. Could not have asked for a better experience.

Duncan and Troy, the installer and electrician, were absolutely amazing. They worked efficiently, were highly professional, respectful of my cottage, and took the time to ensure everything was completed to the highest standard. It's rare to come across a team that combines such excellent workmanship with genuine kindness and respec... read more
