I got an Advantage Air system installed just over 2 years ago. I never got any follow up calls to make sure the system is running, nor any mention/scheduling of servicing. The tablet on the wall is now 2+ years old and refuses to update the operating system, stopping other apps from working because the OS is way out of date. I investigated and found out a newer tablet is available and called to get a quote for the replacement.
