Incompetent and unconscionable. Incorrectly installed my ducted reverse cycle air conditioner ($10k job), causing the unit to overflow in my ceiling and damage ceiling and downlights. Was not installed to correct levels so water would not drain away from unit to outside, gathered in bottom of unit until it overflowed. Called and called and called asking them to come back and rectify their work. Wouldn't even call back let alone take care of their poor workmanship.
