I had an emergency situation, when I called Clifton, I actually got a human to talk to and Within 2 hours, I once again had water. Tom, the man who delivered the water was courteous and polite, could not have asked for a more pleasant person who did all he could to help in a difficult situation. I would absolutely recomend this company Other companies just had answering machines and no one ever called back. Clifton delivered, even tho it was Christmas and their driver had the flu. Five stars for great service.
