My father was sent here for rehabilitation after a bad fall. He was unable to walk and I was led to believe they would be working with him to strengthen his muscles and help him walk again. In all the time that he was there, I did not witness this happen once. Our dad was recently here with Alzheimers. The care given was unacceptable, (i express this -) the showering /washing was barely none existent, you had to keep asking for him to be showered as he could not do this himself. He was in the care home abt 3.5 weeks, quilt cover was never changed in the whole time he was in there. Tracey can talk a talk but thats all.. when we asked if he eaten, they lied and said yes hes eaten everything, dad doesnt eat much as we care for him for years

Thank you for caring for my grandad. The staff here are absolutely wonderful and I cannot praise them enough. My only criticism is for the city care team which I think are abysmal. Thank you for everything you did for my grandad Clifton view care home. We never got to say a proper good bye due how quickly he was discharged.
