No pressure was put onto me to take out the finance just the information presented in an easy to follow format with expert help on hand to guide me through from start to finish. I rarely leave reviews, but I’d rather share my experience so others don’t go through what we did — and lose a £500 application fee in the process. We trusted CPF to handle our mortgage for what was meant to be our dream home, using multiple incomes and retained profit. Unfortunately, it was a terrible experience from start to finish. Josh has been excellent in organising our bridging loan, he is very knowledgeable and understanding, someone who we would go to again should the need arise. I would not hesitate to recommend both Josh and Clifton Finance to others, especially, as in our case, after purchasing a property at auction.
