Been here four months and could not hope for a better community friendly people and good infrastructure along side a very capable and well liked community manager. What else do you need.
We’ve been at Clifton Old Bar since May and have so far thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, people are very welcoming! It was the houses themselves, that attracted us in the first place, as they are a quality build and we are in the best location!
Love, love, love my new home☺️. Easy care, energy efficient, close to beach, cafes and short drive into Taree. I have great neighbours too and we have an amazing site manager. I have friends who live in Forster in another village. They say Clifton is so much better. My dog loves it here too, as there are several small and friendly dogs here
We have lived here at Clifton since late 2019. Love our home and the community. One thing I like about living in a community like clifton is if you want to Interact with others plenty of opportunities or you can just stay quiet and enjoy your home and surroundings. It's great to know you are never alone there is always someone willing to help for anything when needed.
