My brother-in-law resided here for almost 9 years. He was very happy here, the staff have been varied but in general he was well looked after. He passed away on the 25th June 2024 in hospital.

This care home has gone down hill since Nailla has left. Majority of the good staff have left the staff currently there know nothing about care even the seniors there at the moment are clueless I asked a question regarding my dad's care the reply they gave me was ridiculous. Management clearly hiring uneducated people. When Regen and Naillia worked there the upstairs units would always be clean when i would visit i could see staff actually caring for the residents. My mum was in this home for over a year, she had dementia and alzheimers, she passed away in August at 92, she was end of life for many months, I can't thank the staff enough for how they cared for her, every minute of the day and night, especially Naillia. Thank you. ❤️

My husband is staying here for two weeks went to see him for his birthday thay had a little party for him the staff were lovely they made him very safe he is very happy there would like to thank every one 😊
