Yikes, good god don’t come here.
As a concerned visitor, I felt compelled to share my experience. While visiting a family member, I witnessed front desk staff speaking very rudely and unprofessionally to a potential employee. The interaction was uncomfortable to observe and created an unwelcoming environment, even for those of us who were simply visiting loved ones.
I AM CURRENTLY/UNFORTUNATELY IN THIS FACILITY RECOVERING FROM OPEN HEART SURGERY. I AM NOT BEING FED NUTRIOUSLY, I AM IN SIGNIFICANT POST-OP SURGICAL PAIN WHICH IS BEING TREATED WITH THE "BARE MINIMUM" IN PAIN MANAGEMENT OPTIONS. YOU ARE FED "CHILD'S PORTIONS" AND THE FOOD IS LITERALLY VERY SIMILAR TO JAIL FOOD. THE SECOND DAY I WAS HERE (SUNDAY) I WAS "FORGOTTEN" TO BE SERVED BREAKFAST AND LUNCH ....
