Do NOT go here!! I have yet to receive my Federal taxes and its been almost 8 MONTHS!!! That's not even the bad part, she NEVER returns calls...she has Yet to provide us with a correct tracking #, therefore we are unable to even see what's going on!!!! We Paid for for her services that have yet to be rendered!
Please don’t go to this location. The tax lady is very unprofessional and rude. She never answers the phone. I have left voice messages. She’s never at her office either. My dad has been waiting almost two months for a copy of his tax return. If you own a business. You should know how to treat people with respect.
I don't recommend this person to anyone. She takes your money to do taxes. And does not file them. Refuses to give money back nor documents. I know of over 20 people she has done this to. No telling how many she has cheated out of there money. Definitely not to be trusted.
Not even a half of a star would I give the person, Danielle Smith, running this business now. If she filled out your taxes and said they would be electronically sent, check with the IRS and be sure. She's lied to me for two months about mine being sent. Ended up telling me she mailed them, but they still have not been received by the IRS or the state.
