They have the kind of technicians and equipment you want coming out to work on your generator. The company has a knowledgeable staff, friendly and professional. Joel, the tech who came out and worked on our new installation noticed that the gas pipe from the regulator to Gen was too small and would restrict the volume of gas needed for full load. He recommended we change it to 3 inch. (As the installation instructions noted by the way). We did just so and commissioning went well.
If you’re looking for true professionalism, these are your guys. It’s the easiest 5 stars I’ve given.
Very friendly, and took the time to explain the technical aspects so it made sense to me.
Great company and very friendly staff. Highly recommend them.
