These people are outrageous on their charges! I had a tech drive from Garland to my location in Wylie , a distance of 16 miles, 32 miles round trip. I wanted to know if I had programmed my home generator properly. He was at my house thirty mins and said it was all good. Done. Clifford charged me $155 for that visit, then $2.75 per mile, I understand, but they tacked on another $155 for him to drive the 32 miles!
