I paid $220 for a picture of my daughter's first performance in Severance Hall. The photos were lousy, but my daughter insisted. The group of photos were framed with my daughter's name and information, and her name was spelled wrong. I called and asked to have it corrected. The owner came by to pick up the piece and began trashing his employees and saying how bad they are and it was all their fault. I then, never received a new piece after that. Michael came out and did a wonderful job with our staff photos. The photos turned out great and made all of the staff look more handsome than we already were. Very tough to do!

I've called the Studio several times, over the past few months, to find out when to expect my order. No response from the Studio. I called Severance Hall, where the event took place, and they are now trying to help me. My order is paid in full and I still have no product!
